Fitness Course 2011

Hey there! Welcome to my blog. I'm Sabrina and I am taking a fitness course at school. Our assignment is to keep a personal diary online about how we feel about the course and our personal goals for when we're done. Last week we had a fitness test where we do a multitude of drills and test ourselves in many areas (i.e. balance, agility, speed, hand-eye co-ordination, etc.). Then, near the end of the year, we do it again and compare to the beginning hoping that through all that we've worked that we've improved. For this week, we are working in the weight room and are learning about the different muscles in the body. My main focus this semester is to work on my agility and speed to help me improve in soccer. I also want to stengthen my abdominal muscles as well as my calves.
